Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations
   • We currently ship within the Indian subcontinent, provided your pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners.
2. Shipping Partners
   • By default, we use Delivery Logistics. If you prefer another logistics provider, please contact our support team.
3. Dispatch Days
   • Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
4. Reporting Issues
   • If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please notify us within 15 days from the date of shipment. We cannot address complaints submitted after this period.
5. Lead Times
   • Some products may have specific lead times. Please review the product information page before placing your order.
6. Shipping Charges
   • Each product specifies its shipping charge separately. For orders with multiple products, the total shipping charge is the sum of individual charges.
7. Volumetric Pricing
   • Volumetric pricing applies to shipments where the size is large relative to the weight (e.g., lightweight but bulky items).
8. Address Responsibility
   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
9. Time to Dispatch
   • Typically, In Stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that this does not include the transit time by the logistics provider.
10. Estimated Delivery Times

    While we cannot guarantee delivery times, here are the approximate delivery times based on our experience:

    • Delivery Logistics: 2-10 working days
    • India Post (Speed Post): 2-15 working days
    • India Post (Normal): 2-4 weeks
    • Note: Deliveries to North East regions may take 15-20 days

11. Tracking Your Order
    • You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to My Account > My Orders. The tracking ID and link will be available once your order is shipped.
